ATLANTA--Valencia Group, a leading luxury hospitality management company, has partnered with VENZA to improve its security posture.
“At Valencia Group, we pride ourselves on providing exceptionally comfortable, timeless hospitality to all our guests,” says Foster Burnett, Vice President of Operations. “That hospitality includes all elements of the guest experience—both those our guests can see, and equally important, those measures we take behind the scenes in service of their protection. VENZA’s data security expertise and long-standing track record in the hospitality industry make them a perfect partner to meet the security needs of both our guests and our corporation.”
The first phase of implementation includes a PCI Readiness Assessment to identify data vulnerabilities. VENZA’s PCI Readiness Assessment provides customers a better understanding of how information is controlled and protected across their business and technology elements. Once completed, VENZA provides tailored recommendations for the remediation of any vulnerabilities.
The Valencia Group has adopted the Denali PLUS package, which includes VENZA’s new Data Breach Coverage. Provided by North American Data Security Risk Purchase Group (NADS RPG), this is the most comprehensive and cost-effective breach protection program in the payments industry. This program provides up to $100,000 USD in protection against normal losses associated with a data breach that involves cardholder data.
“This coverage provides hoteliers important protection in the event that a breach should occur,” says Jeff Venza, VENZA President & CEO. “For years, VENZA has been safeguarding hotels and equipping hospitality employees with prevention, protection, and intelligence tools to protect their guests from cybercrime. With this new Data Breach Coverage, we’re able to offer Valencia Group additional peace of mind.”
VENZA also provides network scanning, SAQ preparation and attestation, offering all of its customers more than just training and awareness.
